We just love this bar & stem combo from Humpert. These are just as you would find on real Dutch bikes ridden everyday in Holland. These are not fancy lightweight bars and stem. These are tough, chromed steel and at a great price. The super swept back handlebars are fixed permanently (welded) to the stem itself. The stem has a quill fitting so will only work with bikes that have a threaded (1") headset.
