Shipping terms

When checking out, you can select one of the following ways to receive your product:

  • receive the product in one of our stores (payment in cash, by Credit Card or advance payment by bank transfer);
  • delivery with our courier in Riga and its immediate area (advance payment by bank transfer);
  • delivery with our delivery partners, to your specified address (advance payment by bank transfer);
  • delivery to pickup point, anywhere in the Baltic states (advance payment by bank transfer).

Please note that according to Article 52 of European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/83/ES "In the context of sales contracts, the delivery of goods can take place in various ways, either immediately or at a later date. If the parties have not agreed on a specific delivery date, the trader should deliver the goods as soon as possible, but in any event not later than 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. [...]"

Pick up your order in one of our stores:

You can pick up your order from one of our physical locations:

  • Kalnciema Street 28, Rīga;
  • S/c “AKROPOLE Alfa”, Brīvības avenue 372, Rīga;
  • Rīgas Street 27, Valmiera;
  • Bāriņu Street 14, Liepāja.

If you choose to pick up your order in one of our stores, you will receive confirmation text message to your specified phone number, that your order is ready to be collected. 

You can receive your order only when you have received your confirmation message. 

Items in your order are reserved and will be stored for 7 days. If you do not pick it up, in this time, your reservation will be canceled.

Free shipping to pickup points (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, Smartpost) to purchase above 50€ in all Baltic states!

To find out the exact cost of shipping, add products to your cart. Select the pickup type and location, and you will be able to view the exact shipping costs of your order.

  • Parcel delivery to your specified pickup point address. Courier delivers your order in one of our partners parcel pickup points. On arrival, a text message will be sent to your mobile. The parcel has to be removed from pickup point within 7 days from the moment you receive the message.
  • Parcel delivery by courier to your address, you will need a valid ID (passport, identity card) to pick up your order.

Shipping by courier in Latvia

After receiving the order, we will contact you to specify the delivery time and address.

Delivery is carried out within 3 working days of payment.

Shipping costs:

  • 7€ 
  • Any order above 200€ is provided with free shipping.

Shipping in Baltic states

Shipping costs:

  • 10€ 
  • Any order above 200€ is provided with free shipping.

Delivery is carried out within 3 working days of payment.

Canceling an order:

  • You can cancel your order at any time, including within 30 days after delivery.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the state of the package or items, on delivery by a courier, you can have it returned free of charge.
  • If you decide to return a product within 30 days, you will have to pay for shipping it back. The item has to be returned as received, including the packaging and protective film.
  • We strive to ensure that all orders shipped, contain items in perfect condition. If, however, you find any technical defects within 30 days (Terms of warranty), You can return the product by sending it back to our store. In such case, you have the right to request a replacement of the item or a refund. Also, in case of a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
