There is a 20 EUR safety deposit on all equipment.
When picking up rental equipment you are required to show an ID, allow us to make a copy of it, as well as provide your phone number.
Customer rights and obligations
The customer is responsible for all activities made from their user account, account security, and any information submitted to Gandrs.
The customer is not allowed to compromise the security of our site. In case of infringement SIA Gandrs reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services without warning and explanation.
The customer is expected to return the equipment in the same condition, as it was on pickup, with the exception of mechanical wear and tear. In case of equipment damage, the renter bears any repair costs, as per pricing of Gandrs workshop.
SIA Gandrs rights and obligations
In accordance with product and services descriptions, Gandrs undertakes to provide availability of the product at the booked time.
Gandrs provides the rental inventory, to the renter, in good condition and ready for use.
No refunds for unused rental time are available, when returning equipment early.
The renter may be asked to provide a safety deposit for the duration of the rental period.
