This protective pant has been tested and approved. Designed for the keen mountaineer, it is built to provide an armored protection that will cope in challenging alpine environments. The Needles GTX Overpant provides great protection from the elements and outstanding ergonomics with a light weight and Alpine Fit™ that reduces bulk around the body without unrestricting movement. It is made of Gore-Tex® Active Bise 3L, which combines a latest-generation membrane and fabric selected for its lightness to obtain the ultimate 3-layer protection suited for high-paced, committed mountain sports. With Gore® technology, the knit lining is laminated with the membrane to achieve outstanding breathability and the greatest possible comfort. All seams are sealed to create a barrier against water and adventure grime. The tough ripstop outer surface construction increases tear strength to swiftly and smoothly walk and duck through bushes, tree branches and rocks. Full side zippers allows to easily and quickly put the pant on over boots and crampons as you are eating up alpine gradients. The elastic waistband construction enhances freedom of movement and sits flat under a harness. Hardwearing textile provides instep protection from abrasion of crampons and rocks. With one back safety pocket, the Needles GTX Overpant pant is deal for hiking, trekking, mountaineering and climbing.
